How do I cancel or change my subscription?
You can manage your subscription by logging into your account at ballfitting.ai. From your account dashboard, you can modify or cancel your subscription. You may also cancel by sending an email to info@clubchampion.com. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel before your scheduled billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current term — you’ll still receive any shipment already in process.
What delivery frequencies are available?
We offer delivery every 1, 3, 6, or 12 months — so whether you play every weekend or a few times a season, there’s a schedule that fits. You can choose from 1 to 24 dozen per shipment and adjust your frequency or quantity anytime from your account dashboard.
What subscription tiers are available?
We offer four tiers to fit your game and budget: Basic, Standard, Advanced, and Premium. Each tier features different golf ball options from the top brands in golf. Your golf ball fitting recommendation will guide you to the tier and ball that’s right for your swing.
How much does a subscription cost?

What is a golf ball fitting, and is there a fee?
A golf ball fitting uses advanced technology to analyze your swing and match you with the perfect golf ball for maximum distance, optimal spin, and consistent performance. Unlike brand-specific fittings, Club Champion recommends across all major manufacturers — Titleist, Callaway, TaylorMade, Bridgestone, and more — to find what truly works best for your game. The golf ball fitting fee is $25, but it’s waived when you sign up for a golf ball subscription.

How does shipping work?
All orders ship directly to you from our centralized warehouse, or you can pick up at your local Club Champion store for free. Shipping costs vary by order size and will be displayed at checkout before you subscribe.
Do subscriptions auto-renew?
Yes. After your subscription term ends, it will automatically renew for the same length at the then-current rate. We’ll send you a reminder about 30 days before your renewal date with the upcoming charge amount and a link to manage or cancel.
What if I receive defective or damaged golf balls?
Contact us at info@clubchampion.com or call (630) 654-3301 within 10 days of receipt. We’ll arrange a replacement shipment at no cost to you.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We’ve partnered with Stitch, a trusted payment platform, to securely process your subscription. Your credit card data is tokenized through their CardPointe gateway and processed via Fiserv’s PCI-compliant infrastructure. Sensitive card data such as your CVV is removed immediately after processing and is never stored on our servers.
What brands are available?
We carry golf balls from the top names in the game, including Titleist, Callaway, Bridgestone, Srixon, TaylorMade, and more. Available brands vary by subscription tier — you’ll see all options when you select your tier during checkout.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. You can cancel your golf ball subscription at any time — there are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. If you cancel, you’ll continue to receive any remaining shipments through the end of your current billing cycle.
Do I need to visit a store to subscribe?
No. You can browse tiers, select your golf ball, and subscribe entirely online at ballfitting.ai. However, for the best results, we recommend getting a golf ball fitting at your local Club Champion store first — our fitters will analyze your swing and recommend the perfect ball for your game, and the $25 fitting fee is waived when you subscribe.

It also works great for golf families — Dad can have his Pro V1s, Mom can get her Callaway Chrome Softs, and Junior can have a ball that fits their swing too.
